1 PhotoNexAi Refund Policy
This refund policy is a part of our Terms of Service. Please read these documents as they govern the relationship between you and us and contain legally binding obligations for both parties. 2 PURCHASES AND REFUNDS
PhotoNexAi Avatar Editor ("PhotoNexAi" or "application") operates exclusively on the Google Play Store and utilizes a credit-based system. Users must purchase credits to generate images within the app.
As to refunds:
General Policy: All in-app purchases of credits are final and non-refundable. Once credits are successfully delivered to your account, they cannot be exchanged or refunded for real currency.
Exception: Non-Delivery of Credits: If you successfully complete a payment for credits through the Google Play Store but the credits are not allocated to your PhotoNexAi account, you are eligible for a refund or a manual allocation of the missing credits. To claim this, you must contact our support team and provide valid proof of purchase (such as your Google Play order receipt and order number).
Google Play Store Refunds: Because all transactions are processed through the Google Play Store, we generally ask that you reach out to the Google Play support team for standard refund requests. Please follow the steps to request a refund described on Google Play Help. Neither do we provide any refunds should the Google Play Store direct you back to us, except in the case of proven non-delivery of credits outlined above.

3 HOW TO REQUEST HELP FOR MISSING CREDITS
If you experienced a billing error where you were charged but did not receive your credits, please contact our support team directly at support@photonexai.com.

4 EU/EEA NOTICE
If you are a resident of the EU/EEA, you generally have the right to withdraw from online purchases within 14 days. However, because our service involves the immediate delivery of digital content (credits used for image generation), by completing the purchase and receiving the credits in your account, you acknowledge and agree that you lose your right of withdrawal.
